LOCATION: Longmeadow Event Center, 8604 Co Rd 6, Wiggins, CO 80654
This is an annual favorite among GPA Midstream Rocky Mountain members.
GENERAL EVENT DETAILS:
- Rental guns will not be provided or reserved by the GPA. If a rental gun is needed, please coordinate with Longmeadow Event Center (970)-483-8368 before the day of the event. Cost is $35 per gun. It is recommended to have 2-3 people per gun since the rental fleet is limited.
- Carts will not be provided. Each shooter will be provided a GPA bag to carry their ammo and vendor handouts. If you require a motorized vehicle to get around the event, please reach out to GPARMC to help coordinate an option. Please note individual golf carts, side by sides, etc. are not to be used during the event.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse and on the sporting clay course.
- Eye and ear protection are mandatory for everyone on the Sporting Clay course. Please plan accordingly and bring your own safety supplies.
- We will be selling additional raffle tickets for raffle prizes, gun squares, and a chance to shoot a bonus stage. CASH is the easiest form of payment. We will have a square and will try and collect payment at the event as an alternative.
- If you are having a hard time filling your team, please reach out to the GPA to see who has signed up on the request to be on a team page.
- Any sponsorship purchased after July 25 said sponsors logo will not be guaranteed to be on signs.
ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:
- Title Sponsorship: Reference picture deck to see Bonus Station Title Sponsor booth location, event room for Title Sponsor Logo location, and event room Title Sponsor booth location.
- Bring Your Equipment Sponsorship: Reference Venue Map for location on course where equipment will be setup.
- Breakfast/Lunch Sponsorship: Reference picture deck to see buffet location and location for company logos.
- Happy Hour Sponsorship: Reference picture deck to see bar area and location of company logo.
DIRECTIONS:
All participants will be required to fill out a GPA Rocky Mountain Chapter waiver. The shareable link shown below can be completed before the event to speed up registration. Wristbands will not be provided until a waiver has been submitted to ensure all participants have completed this process.

8:00 – 9:15 a.m. Arrival and Registration (Breakfast will be Provided)
9:15 a.m. Individual Rental Guns Must Be Picked Up By This Time
9:30 a.m. Safety Brief
10:00 a.m. Shoot Start
12:00 p.m. Shoot End
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Lunch, Drinks, Live Raffle, and Awards
3:00 p.m. Clean Up and End of Event
