2026 GPARMC SPORTING CLAYS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Members and Guests of GPA- Rocky Mountain Chapter and Longmeadow Event Center

The individual named below (referred to as "I" or "me" desires to participate in Sporting Clays Event (together with any and all associated travel and events, as those terms are commonly and broadly understood the "Activities"), which will be sponsored by GPA Rocky Mountain Chapter, a Colorado 501(C)(G) entity (the "Company"). As lawful consideration for the Company allowing me to participate in the Activities, and tor the intangible value that will gain by participating in the Activities, agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement")

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACTIVITIES ARE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS AND MAY INVOLVE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY ANDIOR DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO MYSELF OR TO OTHERS, INCLUDING DURING TRAVEL TO AND FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES, AND EVENTS PERIPHERAL TO SUCH ACTIVITIES: I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INJURIES THAT I SUSTAIN MAY BE COMPOUNDED BY NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS UNDERTAKEN OR AUTHORIZED BY THE COMPANY I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY OR OTHERWISE I FURTHERMORE ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL INJURY OR DAMAGES I CAUSE OR TO WHICH I CONTRIBUTE, WHETHER BY ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, OR RECKLESSNESS DURING SUCH ACTIVITIES.

I give up the right to sue the Company or Longmeadow Event Center for injuries and/or damages relating to the Activities.

Thereby expressly waive and release any and all any and all claims, actions, causes of action, or suits at law or in equity ("Claim" or "Claims), now known or hereafter known in any jurisdiction, against the Company, and is officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, members, sponsoring entities, successors, and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), that are related to any injury, death, or damage, including but not limited to property damage, and that arise out of or are attributable to the Activities, whether arising out of the negligence of the Company, any Releasees, any other participants. or otherwise, am aware that photos are taken at these Activities and allow for the GPA Rocky Mountain Chapter to use these photos. I covenant not to make or bring any such Claim against the Company or any other Releasee and forever release and discharge the Company and all other Releasees from liability under such Claim or Claims.

I will pay costs and damages if the Company, or related people/entities, or Longmeadow Event Center is/are sued in connection with damages I cause or to which I contribute.

I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, Claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, fees and costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Agreement, fees and costs of pursuing payment or settlement from any insurance providers, fees and costs incurred by/awarded against any indemnified party, arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my participation in the Activities, including travel to and from such Activities and events peripheral to the activities.

This contract supersedes all other understandings, and I agree to certain specific matters herein.

This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the Company and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Agreement is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the Company and me and their respective successors and assigns. All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Colorado or any other jurisdiction). Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the federal and state courts located in Denver County, Colorado and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Headings herein are provided for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of the text of this Agreement.

BY SIGNING, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT (1) I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND (2) THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY.
