With the imminent implementation of Colorado AQCC Reg 26 on emissions control from engines, Kelli’s expertise is more relevant than ever, promising compliance and excellence in this new regulatory era starting 2/14/2024. Her profound understanding of the Inflation Reduction Act and its implications for Waste Emissions Charge, especially for Subpart W Reporters, positions her as a pivotal figure in steering organizations through the evolving financial landscapes of environmental compliance.
