This is an annual favorite among GPA Midstream Rocky Mountain members.

GENERAL EVENT DETAILS:
- Rental guns will not be provided or reserved by the GPA. If a rental gun is needed, please coordinate with Longmeadow Event Center (970)-483-8368 before the day of the event. Cost is $35 per gun. It is recommended to have 2-3 people per gun since the rental fleet is limited.
- Carts will not be provided. Each shooter will be provided a GPA bag to carry their ammo and vendor handouts. If you require a motorized vehicle to get around the event, please reach out to Melissa Douda (melissa.douda@williams.com) and the GPA can help coordinate an option. Please note individual golf carts, side by sides, etc. are not to be used during the event.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse and on the sporting clay course.
- Eye and ear protection are mandatory for everyone on the Sporting Clay course. Please plan accordingly and bring your own safety supplies.
- We will be selling additional raffle tickets for raffle prizes, gun squares, and a chance to shoot a bonus stage. CASH is the easiest form of payment. We will have a square and will try and collect payment at the event as an alternative.
- If you are having a hard time filling your team, please reach out to the GPA to see who has signed up on the request to be on a team page.
- Any sponsorship purchased after July 25th, 2025 said sponsors logo will not be guaranteed to be on signs.
DIRECTIONS:
All participants will be required to fill out a GPA Rocky Mountain Chapter waiver. The shareable link shown below can be completed before the event to speed up registration. Wrist bands will not be provided until a waiver has been submitted to ensure all participants have completed this process.

9:15am Individual Rental Guns Must Be Picked Up By This Time
9:30am Safety Brief
10:00am Shoot Start
12:00pm Shoot End
12:00pm – 1:30pm Lunch, Drinks, Live Raffle, and Awards
3:00pm Clean Up and End of Event
