Ski Train 2026 Winter Park

Join us for the 2026 Ski Train Event!

Come join us for this year’s Ski Train event. It’s a full day on the slopes, with the Winter Express Train providing transportation to Winter Park Ski Resort and back at the end of the day. Lunch will be provided, so more time to network and catch up with clients and friends in the industry.

This is an annual favorite among GPA Midstream Rocky Mountain members.

Directions

Union Station is located at 1701 Wynkoop St, Denver, CO 80202 with parking nearby at Union Station Parking Garage 1881 16th St, Denver, CO 80202. Please enter Union Station from Wynkoop for registration.

Early Registration

  • Avoid the long check-in line February 20th morning, join us for Early Registration Happy Hour Wednesday and Thursday, February 18th & 19th from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at our local friends Waldschanke Cider & Coffee at 4100 Jason St. Denver, CO 80211.

  • Trivia night Thursday at 6:30 pm, call or message Waldschanke to reserve your team.

Ski Train Event Schedule

Our day starts at Union Station to board the Winter Park Express to the slopes. Please see the following timeline for the day’s events.

  • 5:30 – 6:45 a.m. Check in – Union Station Amtrak Platform, embark train

  • 7:00 a.m. ALL ABOARD – Depart for Winter Park Resort

    • Coffee and Burritos will be available.

  • 9:00 a.m. Arrive Winter Park Resort – West Portal Level 4

  • 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. Lunch – West Portal Level 4

  • 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. Open Bar – West Portal Level 4

  • 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. Après

  • 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. Re-embark train

  • 4:30 p.m. ALL ABOARD – Depart for Union Station

  • 6:30 p.m. Arrive at Union Station Amtrak Platform

Arrival & Departure Information

  • Train departs at 7 a.m.

  • Passengers should arrive 45 minutes before departure to load ski equipment. Loading will begin at 6:15 a.m. Follow the directions of car hosts on the platform.

  • Train departs WP at 4:30 p.m. Passengers should line up at 4 p.m. e to prepare ski equipment for loading.

Train Policies

Amtrak prohibits the use of personal alcohol on the train. Drinks may be purchased on the train, if you’d like.
