About Iridium Recruiting:
Iridium Recruiting was founded on the basic concept of helping great companies find excellent employees in the energy sector. Our guiding principles are simple and at the core of our daily operations. We are people-first energy professionals who treat others with fairness, respect, and kindness. We aspire to provide positive energy and influence in our operations and the people and communities we serve with gratitude. Career paths often have twists, turns, and speed bumps that can be difficult to navigate in your search for a new job. We have been there too. Experience is only as valuable as your ability to explain it, networking is only useful if you do it, interviewing is really just a conversation. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of professionals in the energy sector talk through difficult departures, tough cultures, job hopping, life-changing events, and just about anything else you can imagine through our career coaching services. The concept is simple: we are here to help you do the self-work for your work.
Prior to co-founding Iridium Recruiting, Caley Van Cleave served as the Vice President in two previous agencies including RTS Corp, an award-winning recruiting agency. In both entities, she supported companies in the energy sectors with sourcing and landing top industry talent for their organizations. She has worked hands-on in the energy industry for most of her career and is a recipient of Denver Business Journal’s Top 40 Women in Energy in 2020. Caley is also the current President-Elect of Women’s Energy Network of Colorado (WENCO).
Before establishing Iridium Recruiting, Whitney led technical recruiting projects focused on the energy industry for two other recruiting firms including RTS CORP, an award-winning agency. In addition, she has held multiple leadership roles in marketing and communications, which allows her to implement new technologies and processes to advise energy professionals on how best to utilize a wide range of tools in their career advancement efforts. As a board member of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE), she has a true passion for providing new career opportunities for individuals that work within the energy industry.
