About the Speaker
Kristy, a third generation Williams employee, has provided land support in various regions for over a decade. Her expertise spans the Powder River Basin, Overland Pass pipeline, Conway (Kansas), Southwest Wyoming, and the Wamsutter Wyoming gathering field. Additionally, she has worked in the Piceance Basin on the Western Slope in Colorado and managed assets for the Rocky Mountain Midstream and Cureton franchises in the eastern Colorado region.
Currently, Kristy oversees approximately 8,000 miles of existing active assets and more than 200 facilities in Wyoming and Colorado. Her responsibilities include managing six separate franchises in active gathering fields, that have new well connects. Kristy is a member of the PAW Public Land committee and specializes in federal land acquisition along with guiding project teams through anticipating and navigating the timelines and stipulations associated with federal land grants.
Kristy received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies from Southern Utah University. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wyoming. Since then, Kristy has achieved significant milestones within the industry. Notably, she accepted the Reclamation Wildlife Stewardship Award from the Wyoming Game & Fish Department on behalf of Williams. This award recognizes Williams’ collaboration in protecting wildlife, habitat, and philanthropic efforts in the state of Wyoming. Additionally, Kristy has been honored with two Williams Champion Awards for her ongoing excellence within Williams.
